Face Make-up tips

Step 1: Moisturise

Always start by moisturising your skin, use a hydrating cream or gel suitable for your skin type.  Well-hydrated skin can help your look last much longer. Not only will the skin appear more supple but will also look and feel softer and smoother.

Step 2: Foundation

The best way is to apply a few shades to your jaw line; the one which completely disappears and blends in with your skin tone is the shade for you. IDUN mineral foundation is available in two forms. They are IDUN mineral powder foundation and IDUN pure mineral illuminating foundation. Using either IDUN powder foundation or liquid foundation. Do not use both of them at the same time.

Powder Foundation Application
Start by pouring a small amount of IDUN minerals powder foundation into the lid. Using a Kabuki brush, twirl the brush around the lid to pick up the foundation. Remove excess powder against the edge of the lid. Buff the powder with light circular movements starting at the outside of your face. Then working inward towards the eyes and nose. Then sweep over your forehead, nose and chin area. The foundation will instantly blends into your skin creating a slightly luminous finish without clogging the pores. You can always built to create the desired level of coverage.
Liquid Foundation Application
Placing a small pump of IDUN Pure mineral illuminating foundation onto the back of your hand. Use a liquid foundation brush or your fingertips to take the foundation and apply it onto your face. The key to have a natural make up is to take a small amount of foundation in several times. Using a sliding motions or circular motions if you want to achieve a more transparent look. Make sure your circular motions are in an upward direction rather than a downward one. Pulling the skin downwards can cause your skin to sag over time. And use a patting motion with just the pads of your fingers or foundation brush if you want a higher coverage. Begin with the areas that tend to have the most uneven skin tone (nose, cheeks, and forehead for most people) and work out from there. Blend your foundation carefully into your jawline, hairline, and around your ears to avoid leaving distinct lines.

Step 3: Concealer

IDUN mineral concealers are available in three different alternatives. They are IDUN powder concealer, IDUN Duo concealer and IDUN concealer pen. Apply them according to your own needs.

IDUN Powder Concealer (conceals red areas )- This matte, greenish concealer is perfect conceal redness, rosacea, sunburn and superficial blood vessels.

IDUN Duo concealer (Creamy concealer):it is a blendable creamy concealers that can easily hide small area of imperfections. Using a slightly damp concealer brush (a clean eye shadow brush will do the job just as well) apply concealer of your skin tone to your under eye circles. Use sparingly as the under eye area is very delicate so very light soft strokes are needed paying particular attention to the inner corners of your eyes and blending well.  Use this method to also even out skin tone around the nose and mouth area.

IDUN concealer pen(liquid concealer): This is a liquid concealer that helps to brighten up dark areas. It is perfect to use under the eyes areas.
